Diet in a simple language means what one eats or drinks. Sad enough, many people today do not seem to care much about what the diet is composed of. This carelessness has resulted to various health problems such as malnutrition, obesity among others. Each of this brings a negative effect to our bodies.

The content of our diet plan differs from one person to another, the lifestyle really matters and this is why the diet plan varies. For the body to undergo proper functioning it requires a certain amount of calories. This one helps us to lower the risks of various heart diseases.
