Being a fitness instructor is a very responsible and sometimes stressful occupation. Every client that I work with has a different set of areas to be developed. If I may? I’d like to compare my function with that of a researcher in a stem cell cell lab coordinating cell line development. If things aren’t performed in an exact sequence, it cannot be expected that optimum results will occur. Everything in nature loves consistency. The development of muscle tone is just another area that requires proper sequence. This applies to diet and sleep as well as an efficient exercise program.
