Since I am totally posessed and engulfed in the world of fitness, when I first heard the term isolation of B cells, I presumed they were discussing biceps. In the arena of weight training, isolation means just that. It means having the stress being applied to an individual muscle so as to concentrate on a quicker development of the same. Then when I realized its more accurate meaning, it dwarfed the biceps in importance. From now on, I will exercise a bit more caution in my evaluation and understanding of new words and phrases.
