For seven years, I ran a small distribution business. Each year I struggled to keep the doors open. I could never quite get my sales to a level that would relieve my cash flow problems. I had a few sales people that always tried their best, but being in such a competitive industry, they often struggled. Finally, I began to look outside the box and entertain different ways to increase the revenue. I tried to advertise in local publications and even bought a couple of radio spots, to no avail. My last resort was to try b2b telemarketing. It should have been my first attempt. It worked like a charm.
